Investor Relations Analyst
We are working with a specialist asset raising and distribution firm to appoint an Investor Relations Analyst on an initial 6 month contract basis with a view to go permanent. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing, international business that partners with leading asset managers to expand their global footprint.
???????As part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team, you will play a key role in supporting client servicing, sales activity, and operational coordination. From maintaining CRM systems and preparing investor materials to assisting with events and presentations, this role provides broad exposure across investor relations, client support, and distribution.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems (Salesforce), tracking client activity, pipelines, and meeting notes
- Supporting business development efforts through research, analysis, and the use of tools such as Morningstar
- Assisting in preparing client deliverables, including RFPs, reports, and ad hoc requests
- Creating and coordinate presentation materials for client meetings and internal use
- Helping plan and deliver client events, webinars, and roadshows to support commercial goals
- Coordinating internal schedules, meetings, and priorities to ensure smooth team operations
- Monitoring fund materials, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with regulatory standards
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong academic background preferred
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM (Salesforce) experience desirable
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in financial services or asset management is an advantage, but not essential
