A prestigious Legal 500 firm in London is seeking an experienced Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join its highly regarded Construction team. The Role
You will handle a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, including:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating standard form and bespoke construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
- Advising clients on procurement strategies, project structuring, and risk management
- Working closely with real estate, corporate, and finance teams on development and infrastructure projects
- Supporting clients across sectors including energy, transport, healthcare, and commercial property
- Assisting with business development and mentoring junior lawyers
