Executive Recruitment Coordinator
- Own the candidate experience: Serve with the Recruiter as a primary point of contact for executive candidates throughout the process, ensuring every interaction feels personal, timely, professional and authentic.
- Coordinate global executive searches: Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, aligning candidates, executives, and interview panels with precision and care.
- Drive operational excellence: Maintain candidate pipelines, interview trackers, and hiring dashboards to ensure transparency, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Partner closely with recruiters and leaders: Support the end-to-end executive hiring process, from initial outreach and interviews to references, offers, and onboarding. Paying special attention to gathering feedback in a timely manner.
- Champion process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and elevate the overall candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Protect confidentiality: Handle all sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support employer brand: Help craft thoughtful, polished candidate communications that reflect Neko’s culture, values, and mission.
- Collect and analyse candidate experience and hiring manager feedback. Assist the Head of Executive Recruitment gather NPS scored on our overall experience
- Experience: 3+ years in executive coordination, ideally within a global or high-growth technology environment.
- Candidate experience mindset: You anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and ensure every candidate feels valued and respected.
- Organisation & detail orientation: You’re masterful at managing competing priorities and time zones without missing a beat.
- Professionalism: Comfortable interfacing with senior leaders, executives, and external partners with confidence and tact.
- Tech-savviness: Experienced with ATS systems, scheduling tools, and productivity platforms (e.g. Google Suite, Slack, Teamer, Zoom, etc.).
- Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and embraces continuous improvement.
- Integrity: Trusted to manage highly confidential information with absolute discretion.
