About the Role

You’ll be delivering expert surveying services across some of London’s most sought-after residential properties. From elegant period homes to cutting-edge new builds, you’ll work closely with discerning clients, developers, and private investors, providing professional advice and insight to help them make informed property decisions.

Responsibilities

Conduct building surveys, condition reports, and defect analyses on high-end residential properties.

Provide valuation reports in line with RICS standards.

Advise clients on acquisitions, refurbishments, and long-term asset strategies.

*

Collaborate with architects, developers, and legal advisors on luxury residential projects.

*

Ensure all reporting meets the highest professional and regulatory standards.

About You

MRICS ideally

*

Significant experience in high-value residential surveying, ideally in prime central London.

Strong knowledge of London’s luxury property market.

Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.

Professional, discreet, and client-focused, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
