As a Chef de Partie at Hawksmoor , you’ll take ownership of your section, delivering consistently high-quality dishes with precision and pride. This is a key role within the kitchen, where you’ll balance technical skill, organisation and teamwork to ensure smooth, successful services.
What You’ll Do

• Run your section with confidence and consistency
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to Hawksmoor standards
• Manage mise en place, service and close down efficiently
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sustainability and waste minimisation
• Support and guide Commis Chefs on your section
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver seamless service

Who You Are

• Experienced as a Chef de Partie working with fresh food
• Technically strong with good organisational skills
• Calm and focused during busy services
• A supportive team player who enjoys developing others
• Passionate about high-quality produce and open-fire cooking
• Keen to continue learning and progressing within a professional kitchen
