Key Account Manager, Eastern Europe

Jellycat
London

For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to support the continued growth of our business across Eastern Europe. Reporting to the Sales Lead, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts and distributor partners, driving sustainable growth, strengthening long-term customer relationships and identifying new commercial opportunities across the region. Based in London, this role includes regular travel throughout Eastern Europe to meet customers, attend trade shows and support regional business objectives.

You'll be

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts and distributor partners across Eastern Europe.

  • Creating and delivering strategic account plans that support regional growth objectives.

  • Building long-term customer partnerships and identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share.

  • Leading seasonal sell-ins, business reviews and joint business planning activities with customers.

  • Monitoring sales performance and using data and insights to drive commercial growth.

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance and Demand Planning.

  • Conducting regular customer visits, store audits and market reviews to identify opportunities and strengthen relationships.

  • Representing Jellycat at customer events and trade exhibitions, converting opportunities into lasting partnerships.

  • Maintaining accurate forecasts, reporting and account information to support effective decision-making.

  • Sharing market intelligence and competitor insights to help shape future commercial strategies.

You'll have

  • Experience in a Key Account Manager or similar commercial role.

  • A proven track record of managing key customer relationships and delivering sustainable sales growth.

  • Experience developing and executing successful account plans.

  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

  • The ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using sales data to identify opportunities.

  • Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Experience working with distributors, international retail partners, or within premium consumer goods, retail, lifestyle or wholesale environments would be advantageous.
