Richmond, Greater London

Location: Richmond, London
Salary: MPS/UPS (Outer London)
Contract Type: Full-time

We are seeking a warm, dedicated, and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Richmond. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years practitioner or a confident Early Career Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing children with the strongest possible start to their learning journey.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for a Nursery class, delivering high-quality teaching in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment will be central to your role. You will establish clear routines and expectations, ensuring children feel secure and confident as they explore and learn. You will work closely with teaching assistants and the wider Early Years team to ensure consistent and high-quality provision. Strong communication with parents and carers is highly valued, and you will be supported in building positive relationships that support children’s development both in school and at home.

  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

  • A caring, patient, and reflective approach

  • Commitment to safeguarding and professional development
