Temporary Executive Assistant to CEO - Boutique Executive Search
Our client, a leading boutique executive search firm, is looking for a bright, ambitious, and proactive Temporary Executive Assistant to support their busy CEO.
Based in smart offices in Central London, you will join a close-knit and dynamic team. This is a varied role where you'll gain exposure to all aspects of the business, making it ideal for an experienced EA who enjoys taking ownership, working at pace, and wearing multiple hats. The ideal temp candidate will either have Investment banking or executive search experience and be comfortable working in a fast paced and global environment,
The focus of the EA role will be to provide high-level support to the CEO; manage a busy and ever-changing diary, coordinate meetings, and organise complex international travel arrangements.
The Ideal Temp EA:
- Available for immediate start
- Bright, intelligent, and highly intuitive with previous Executive Assistant experience.
- Comfortable working across global time zones
- A proactive self-starter who can multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Confident working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, professional, and eager to make an immediate impact.
