THE ROLE

This role is highly visible and relationship-driven, with a strong emphasis on in-person collaboration. You will spend a minimum of three days per week onsite; mainly in our central London office, alongside regular travel to other UK locations, including occasional overnight stays. Flexibility is essential, with travel aligned to business needs.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You are a highly credible and commercially astute People leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

You will bring:

  • Significant experience as a Senior HR or People Business Partner in complex or multi-entity organisations

  • Proven track record of embedding within businesses and delivering measurable impact

  • A commercial mindset, linking people strategy to business outcomes

  • Expertise in organisational design, change management and integration

  • Confidence operating at both strategic and hands-on levels

  • Strong employee relations knowledge and understanding of UK employment law

  • Resilience, adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity

  • Flexibility to travel regularly and work in a highly visible, London-based role

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience

  • Agency experience is a great-to-have, but not essential
