THE PEOPLE TEAM
Our People Team is a collaborative, forward-thinking function operating across the UK, both onsite and remotely. We combine expertise across Strategic HR, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and People Operations, supported by best-in-class technology.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our People Leadership Team on an 8-14 month fixed term contract, reporting into the Group Head of People.
This is a high-impact, primarily London-based role embedded within one of our larger agencies:
Bray Leino krow or Mongoose.
You will sit at the heart of the Agency leadership, shaping and delivering on people strategies that drive performance, growth and transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to truly partner with Agency CEOs and senior business leaders across the Agencies, helping them to develop and deliver their people plans.
Leading a small team of one to two People Business Partners, you will bring curiosity and pragmatism along with a commercial, outcomes-focused mindset and real pace to how you operate. This is not traditional HR. You will influence decisions at the top of the Agency, challenge thinking and turn strategy into action.
You will be visible, connected and plugged into the day-to-day of the agency, building strong relationships and a deep understanding of what makes the business tick. Using insight, instinct and experience, you will provide clear, confident guidance that delivers real impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Agency CEOs and senior leaders to shape business strategy through a people lens
Develop and deliver commercially aligned people plans that drive growth and performance
Build strong, trusted relationships with leadership teams
Lead organisational design, change and integration initiatives
Use data and insight to inform decision-making and challenge thinking
Strengthen leadership capability and embed a high-performance culture
Drive talent, succession and capability planning in partnership with specialist teams
Lead complex employee relations matters with a pragmatic, commercial approach
Champion culture, engagement and ED&I initiatives
Collaborate with People Operations to ensure consistent, scalable practices
Contribute to group-wide transformation and strategic projects
This role is highly visible and relationship-driven, with a strong emphasis on in-person collaboration. You will spend a minimum of three days per week onsite; mainly in our central London office, alongside regular travel to other UK locations, including occasional overnight stays. Flexibility is essential, with travel aligned to business needs.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You are a highly credible and commercially astute People leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
You will bring:
Significant experience as a Senior HR or People Business Partner in complex or multi-entity organisations
Strong ability to influence, support and challenge senior stakeholders at Agency CEO or MD level
Proven track record of embedding within businesses and delivering measurable impact
A commercial mindset, linking people strategy to business outcomes
Expertise in organisational design, change management and integration
Confidence operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
Strong employee relations knowledge and understanding of UK employment law
Resilience, adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity
Flexibility to travel regularly and work in a highly visible, London-based role
CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
Agency experience is a great-to-have, but not essential
