Role Overview
Responsibilities include:
• Providing first-line IT support to staff and students
• Maintaining hardware, software, network systems, and AV equipment
• Assisting with the rollout of new devices and systems
• Troubleshooting technical issues quickly and efficiently
• Supporting IT projects and school-wide digital initiatives
Requirements
• Experience in an IT support or technician role
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Good knowledge of Windows platforms, hardware, and networking
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly
