The Role
You will join a disputes practice handling a broad range of commercial litigation, securities litigation, civil fraud, asset recovery, international arbitration and professional services disputes. The team is involved in challenging, high-profile cases for quality clients, with matters ranging from hundreds of thousands to multi-hundred million-pound claims. This role promises excellent partner exposure, hands-on experience, and opportunities to drive cases independently under partner supervision. You will also contribute to business development initiatives and have clear progression opportunities.

What They’re Looking For

• A qualified lawyer with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in commercial disputes
• Strong experience in litigation and arbitration, ideally across multiple dispute types
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and work closely with partners
• A proactive mindset and readiness to take ownership of matters
• Strong teamwork skills coupled with the ability to work autonomously
• Commercial awareness and an interest in supporting business development activities
