The Role
The Senior Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for delivering full‑funnel marketing campaigns that drive high‑quality leads into the sales pipeline, accelerate active sales conversations, activate new customers, and retain existing business. This role will own paid activation across all key markets through the planning, execution, and continuous optimisation of paid advertising initiatives.
There is a strong expectation of rigorous monthly reporting, structured experimentation, and ongoing optimisation across platforms. The successful candidate will use modern AI‑powered tools and large language models such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar to accelerate insight generation, campaign ideation, creative development, and performance analysis, while applying sound human judgement, commercial awareness, and contextual understanding.
A key area of focus will be LinkedIn Ads, particularly account‑based marketing (ABM) strategies supporting B2B Enterprise sales, including engagement of buying committees and alignment with sales‑led motions. In addition, strong working knowledge of other paid platforms, such as Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and emerging channels, will be essential to reaching audiences across the funnel and testing new opportunities for efficient growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage, review, and optimise day‑to‑day account responsibilities across paid advertising platforms including LinkedIn Ads (with a strong focus on ABM for B2B Enterprise sales), Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
Plan and execute full‑funnel paid marketing campaigns to drive demand, accelerate sales opportunities, activate new customers, and support retention across all key markets.
Work closely with the Commercial team to identify priority accounts, buying committees, and sales objectives, and translate these into effective paid advertising and ABM strategies.
Build, manage, and optimise remarketing, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and account‑based targeting across key paid channels.
Use modern AI‑powered tools and large language models (LLMs) (e.g. Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to support campaign ideation, creative testing, performance analysis, and insight generation.
Implement and manage conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives, including A/B testing of ads, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Produce monthly reporting on key paid advertising, pipeline, and revenue metrics, clearly communicating performance, insights, and recommendations.
Analyse, manipulate, and visualise campaign and CRM data to assess lead quality, pipeline contribution, and commercial impact.
Support marketing‑led initiatives such as events and industry activities through paid promotion to drive awareness and lead generation.
What You Bring
Google Ads Certification is desirable.
3–5 years’ experience using analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics or equivalent), with the ability to assess campaign performance and user behaviour.
3–5 years’ hands‑on experience managing paid advertising across platforms such as LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience running paid campaigns that support B2B lead generation and pipeline growth, with exposure to account‑based marketing (ABM) approaches a strong advantage.
Working knowledge of additional paid platforms such as Reddit, TikTok, and emerging channels, with an appetite for experimentation and learning.
Experience using AI‑powered tools and large language models (LLMs) (e.g. Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to support campaign development, analysis, and reporting.
Experience analysing and manipulating performance data using spreadsheets or analytics tools, with the ability to produce clear summaries and visualisations.
Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines.
