This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and professional environment, where you'll be making a real and lasting difference in the lives of those we care for.

Please note - this advert will close once we have received a sufficient number of applications.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary and multi-agency team to support safe and timely discharges.

  • Provide resident-focused care that is safe, efficient, and aligned with both local and national standards.

  • Use your initiative while managing your caseload, keeping the supervising therapist informed as needed.

  • Conduct appropriate risk assessments of residents' capabilities and environments prior to interventions.

  • Monitor and evaluate resident progress, making appropriate changes to treatment plans within your scope of practice.

  • Educate residents and families on the correct and safe use of equipment, with support from registered therapists when required.

  • Empower residents and families to engage in self-management and make informed decisions about their care.

What you'll have:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting (desirable but not essential)

  • A proactive, caring, and flexible approach

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

  • A commitment to upholding dignity, independence, and the highest standards of care
