Services Supply Associate
Our client, a pioneering force in redefining everyday experiences, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their innovative team. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a movement that is transforming how people access premium in-home services, directly impacting the quality of service offerings and the success of local entrepreneurs. You will play a crucial role in expanding their footprint and enhancing their service ecosystem, making a tangible difference in a vibrant market.
In this impactful role, you will drive the expansion of premium in-home services, which currently span numerous categories and cities, with new offerings and locations continuously being introduced. You will be the direct link between the company and potential service providers, shaping the growth and quality of their offerings in a key metropolitan area. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a robust network of service hosts, ensuring an exceptional experience for users and fostering economic opportunities within the community.
This is a 6-months, hybrid contract, offering up to £19.12 per hour – 40 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by COB on Monday, 17th Nov. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
**What you’ll do:**
* **Drive Growth:** Proactively identify and connect with potential service hosts through diverse channels, including online research, cold outreach, community engagement, and local networking.
* **Build Partnerships:** Deliver compelling in-person presentations to showcase the value and benefits of partnering with our client’s service platform, converting interest into successful host submissions.
* **Facilitate Success:** Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the initial onboarding process for new hosts, ensuring they are well-prepared and supported for long-term success.
* **Provide Insights:** Gather valuable market intelligence and feedback from potential hosts and the community to continuously refine sales strategies and enhance service offerings.
**What you’ll bring:**
* **Experience:** 3-5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or community engagement.
* **Interpersonal Skills:** Exceptional ability to connect with people, comfortable initiating conversations in various settings, including cold outreach.
* **Proactive Mindset:** A curious and resourceful approach, eager to identify and implement new tactics to source and convert leads effectively.
* **Community Connection:** A genuine interest in understanding and engaging with local communities.
* **Organizational Prowess:** Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple conversations and leads across different platforms.
* **Communication Skills:** A clear, positive, and authentic communicator, both verbally and in writing.
* **Mission Alignment:** Passionate about fostering connection and creating economic opportunities for service providers.
* **Local Expertise:** Based locally with deep knowledge of the market and its service landscape.
**Nice-to-haves:**
* Familiarity with various community platforms for engagement and lead generation.
