A highly regarded Central London law firm, based in the heart of Mayfair, is looking to appoint an experienced and ambitious Property Solicitor to join its busy and well-established Property team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident and commercially minded solicitor to work on high-quality matters for a prestigious client base.

The Role

You will work predominantly on commercial property matters, with some residential work, handling a varied and stimulating caseload. The role offers significant exposure to complex transactions, direct client contact, and the opportunity to play an active role in business development.

Key Responsibilities

* Acting for borrowers on refinancing matters

* Advising landlords and tenants on the grant and acquisition of leases

* Acting for developers on site acquisitions, development finance, and subsequent sales

* Managing transactions from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

* Contributing to business development initiatives and the growth of the department

About You

* Minimum of 4–5 years’ PQE in property law (flexible for exceptional candidates)

* Strong experience in commercial property, with some residential property exposure

* Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail

* Confident, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

* Proven interest and ability in business development

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Experience in bridging finance would be a distinct advantage
