Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of fleet programs and partner support.
Work collaboratively with corporate, contract hire, and rental teams to support the offering and positioning of Denza products across key channels.
Manage and resolve customer and partner issues, working cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution.
Lead and manage key projects related to fleet operations, product launches, and partner integration, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and objectives.
Conduct market research and analyse publicly available competitor programs, identifying trends, customer behaviour, and opportunities to enhance performance.
Oversee fleet inventory coordination, including order management and delivery alignment, ensuring supply meets market demand.
Support the development of pricing strategies for fleet and leasing channels to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
Support negotiation and execution of fleet agreements in collaboration with internal teams, leasing companies, and partners, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Monitor performance, collect market feedback, and provide insights and recommendations to improve operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction
