Product Engineer (£150k-£210k OTE + Equity) at YC-backed AI safety startup

- Own and build the platform to help users find, understand, and fix AI agent failures.
- Design intuitive user flows from onboarding to detailed trace analysis with polished UX/UI.
- Ship end-to-end features across the stack, contributing to APIs and backend logic as needed.
- 3+ years of experience building world-class software products, strong in frontend (React/TypeScript).
- Product-driven engineer with a strong grasp of UX/UI principles and responsive layouts.
- Startup DNA: experience at early-stage companies and a drive to own outcomes end-to-end.
