Location:London, hybrid

Pay rate:£25.96 per hour PAYE

Expected start:September 2026

Vacancies:2

We are recruiting two multilingual Sales Development Representatives to help grow the luxury-home portfolio of a leading global travel marketplace across Europe.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong hunter mindset who enjoys researching new markets, generating leads and confidently approaching prospective clients. High-volume outbound calling and outreach will be central to the position.

You will research local property markets, identify homes that could meet the platform’s luxury standards, locate the relevant owners or decision-makers and begin the commercial conversation. You will then work closely with the Supply Acquisition team to qualify opportunities and support deals through to close.

Language requirements

  • Fluent professional English is essential.
  • French, Spanish and Italian are the priority additional languages.
  • We are hiring two candidates who can collectively cover French, Spanish and Italian.
  • Candidates who speak multiple priority languages will be particularly attractive.
  • German is beneficial but not essential.

Candidates must be confident conducting professional written and verbal sales conversations in their stated languages.

Key responsibilities

  • Research local luxury-property and travel markets across EMEA.
  • Identify homes that could meet the platform’s luxury quality, design and location requirements.
  • Conduct initial research and vetting to determine whether properties are potentially suitable.
  • Identify property owners, operators and relevant decision-makers.
  • Build lead lists using supplied databases and independent research.
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective property partners.
  • Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, social media and other relevant channels.
  • Qualify leads by assessing the property, the owner’s interest and the commercial opportunity.
  • Present the platform clearly and confidently to prospective clients.
  • Arrange meetings between qualified prospects and the Supply Acquisition team.
  • Work closely with the wider team to progress opportunities and support deals through to close.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, follow-ups and pipeline stages.
  • Share local market insights to improve targeting and outreach strategies.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, sales development, lead generation or business development.
  • Confidence making a high volume of cold calls.
  • A proactive hunter mentality and the resilience to maintain momentum across a busy outbound pipeline.
  • Experience independently sourcing leads and identifying the correct contacts.
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence qualifying prospects and securing meetings.
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and prospecting or outreach tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach or SalesLoft.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
  • A consultative approach supported by curiosity and active listening.
  • Confidence working across different cultures and EMEA markets.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable experience

  • Previous experience using Salesforce.
  • SaaS or technology sales.
  • Online marketplace experience.
  • Food-delivery or mobility platforms such as Uber Eats or DoorDash.
  • Travel, hospitality or vacation rentals.
  • Property technology or real estate.
  • Luxury services.
  • High-volume B2B or B2C outbound sales.

Hospitality or luxury-property experience is helpful but not essential. The priority is someone who can research intelligently, find opportunities, pick up the phone and consistently generate qualified leads.

Occasional travel for team off-sites may be required.

Please apply with an up-to-date CV clearly showing your language proficiency, outbound-calling experience, lead-generation results, CRM knowledge and the markets you have supported.
