The Role:
We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. You will be responsible for attracting engaging and hiring high-quality talent to support business growth. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs manage the end-to-end recruitment process and deliver an excellent candidate experience. The role requires strong market knowledge particularly within tech hiring along with the ability to proactively source assess and secure top talent in a competitive market.
RequirementsResponsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements timelines and workforce plans
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn job boards and referrals
- Screen assess and interview candidates to ensure a strong skills and culture fit
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Provide market insights salary benchmarking and hiring recommendations to stakeholders
- Coordinate interviews and manage feedback to ensure timely hiring decisions
- Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies DEI best practices and compliance requirements
- Managing job postings across various platforms ensuring consistency of adverts and branding
- Preparing recruitment documents maintaining the ATS and spreadsheets
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is stored and managed in line with data protection policies
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g. candidate pipeline status) and produce basic reports
- Prepare and issue offer letters via our ATS system (Workable)
- Manage onboarding forms for perm and contractor hiring
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition (internal recruitment role with 1-4 years of experience)
- Experience using Applicant tracking Systems (Preferred Workable experience but not essential)
