Electrical Shift Engineer - Days & Night Shift - FM Service Provider - London Bridge - Up to £54,000 An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in London Bridge has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Shift Engineer to be based in London Bridge, to be based in a highly corporate environment. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance, working within a shift team of 4 engineers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical & general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £54,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression. Hours of work 4 on, 4 off 7am - 7pm - Days 7pm - 7am - NightsKey Duties & Responsibilities Lighting (small installations, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motorsPackage Up to £54,000 Further training Company pensionRequirements Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required) 18th Edition (Desirable) Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Client FacingIf you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to Archie Reed of CBW Staffing Solutions for more information
