負責大廈建築設施的日常維修與保養，包括冷氣系統、電力設備及屋宇裝備等 具電機工程相關認可證書者更具優勢 需具備三年或以上冷氣及電力維修保養相關工作經驗 須持有有效平安卡及認可電工牌(A / R)，並擁有有效駕駛執照（1號及2號牌） 持有氣體焊接安全培訓證書者將獲優先考慮 能獨立作業，並能接受輪班工作制度 職位要求：
