Just in! – We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Trade Mark Formalities Officer to join an established law firm on a full-time, permanent basis in their London office. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of formal IP processes and maintaining accurate records.
Due to the nature of this role, candidates must have a solid understanding of trade mark formalities procedures. You should have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills – if you are CITMA qualified then will be advantageous!
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and filing trade mark and design applications, renewals, and related documents.
- Managing deadlines and maintaining accurate IP records.
- Liaising with external agents on international matters.
- Monitoring correspondence and updating internal systems.
- Supporting billing processes and assisting with general team administration.
