Learning Business Partner
Competitive salary, cash equivalent to car allowance, plus private healthcare,18% annual bonus potential with 27.5 days annual leave, plus bank holidays pro rata and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates (subject to eligibility).
6 Month Fixed Term, Full Time.
Location: This is a Hybrid Working role with a requirement to attend our London Farringdon office, Midlands Super Hub and visits to other Royal Mail sites as the business requires 3 days each week.

This is a strategic, high-impact role where you’ll partner with senior leaders across our Operations function to design and deliver learning solutions that drive performance, embed a culture of continuous improvement, and support our ambition to be an employer of choice.
About the role
• Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Leads, and Functional Heads to shape learning strategies aligned with business goals.
• Capability Leadership: Lead the design and delivery of transformative learning programmes that build future-ready skills.
• Culture & Change: Champion a learning mindset and support cultural transformation across Operations.
• Stakeholder Influence: Engage and influence senior stakeholders to embed learning into strategic plans.
• Data-Driven Evaluation: Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of learning solutions through robust analysis, using recognized learning evaluation models to demonstrate return on investment and to continuously improve learning interventions.
• Consistency & Excellence: Drive consistency in learning approaches across the Operations function, fostering a culture of sharing best practices, and applying governance to ensure high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of employees.
• Innovation & Insight: Bring fresh thinking, emerging trends, and cutting-edge learning tech into our approach.
About You
• Proven experience in a learning and development role, with at least 3-5 years leading the design and implementation of learning strategies that drive business transformation.
• Experience in leading learning strategies within complex, matrixed organisations.
• Strong consulting and business partnering skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Expertise in blended learning design and delivery.
• A passion for innovation, with a sharp eye on emerging L&D trends.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in learning analytics and evaluation.
• A foundation in leadership development, adult learning theory, or psychology.
