RGM Manager - UK
What we ask
- University degree with 3-5 years in consultancy, business development, RGM, or project management; experience in the Food/FMCG sector is a plus;
- Strong analytical skills combined with hands-on project management experience, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution;
- Ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels, influence decisions, and manage cross-functional relationships effectively;
- Proficiency in managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables, and ability to work independently while aligning with broader team objectives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver clear and impactful messages;
- Full business proficiency in English
- Strong understanding of the UK market and retailer landscape

- Bonus: Up to 12.5% annual performance bonus
- Base salary: £55-60K

Vacancy description
Analytics and Strategy:
- Analyze market-specific RGM challenges and opportunities, leveraging data to guide decision-making;
- Develop and align scalable RGM roadmap for the UK;
- Provide actionable insights through deep dives into pricing, promotions, assortment, and trade terms data to optimize revenue growth.
Project Management and Capability Building:
- Drive the setup of foundational RGM tools and repeatable processes;
- Share best practices and cross-country initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project execution;
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices across markets to elevate RGM expertise.
Stakeholder Management and Execution:
- Act as a connector between local team, regional leadership, and external stakeholders to align objectives;
- Push initiatives forward by ensuring stakeholder buy-in and removing barriers to progress;
- Manage communication and reporting to keep all parties aligned on goals and progress.
