VP Project Finance (Digital Infra)
As Vice President in the Digital Infrastructure Finance team, you will:
- Support the origination & execution of project finance transactions within the digital infrastructure sector
- Take ownership of client relationships and lead elements of the deal lifecycle-from pitching to closing.
- Analyse complex financial models, rating methodologies, and legal documentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for all financial transactions.
- Provide strategic advice on market trends and opportunities within digital infrastructure.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team leadership on projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial solutions.
