The Role

You'll work with large listed and multinational groups on:

Cross-border structuring and international expansion

• BEPS / Pillar Two / global tax reform advisory
• M&A and transaction support
• Transfer pricing and value chain alignment
• Tax governance, risk and compliance transformation
• Group restructuring and financing projects

You'll act as a trusted advisor to Heads of Tax and CFOs, combining technical expertise with strategic insight.

Overseas placements across the global network

• In-house secondments with Tier 1 clients
• Exposure to US-headquartered multinationals

The Ideal Candidate will be (some flexibility where possible)

• ACA / CTA / ACCA (or international equivalent)
• Strong large corporate or international tax experience
• Confidence advising senior stakeholders
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
• Ambition to progress within a high-performing global team
• UK Tax Knowledge is a must
