Development & Inclusion Analyst
People Analytics Analyst – L&D & Inclusion
6–9 Month Contract London / Hybrid / Remote
£200-£300 per day
We’re partnering with a large, complex UK-based infrastructure organisation to recruit a Learning, Development & Inclusion Data Specialist on a 6–9 month contract. This role sits within a high-performing, outcomes-focused people team and plays a key part in strengthening workforce resilience through high-quality insight, reporting and analysis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys turning people data into meaningful insight and supporting inclusive learning and development strategies at scale.
The Role
You’ll work closely with HR, Learning & Development and senior stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely and relevant insight that enables confident decision-making and drives measurable change across the organisation.
Your focus will be on analysing, developing and enhancing learning, development and inclusion data, ensuring reporting aligns with business strategy and supports impactful programmes of work.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tracking learning, development and inclusion metrics (monthly, quarterly and annual reporting)
• Produce high-quality analysis and insight, tailoring outputs to different audiences and methodologies
• Continuously refine and improve existing reporting to align with evolving business priorities
• Support the rollout, adoption and ongoing maintenance of digital learning platforms
• Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Provide technical support for the performance management system (SAP-based)
• Build strong working relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders, supporting requirements gathering and data analysis
• Contribute to wider Learning & Development and Inclusion activity when required, including events, roadshows, outreach programmes and training sessions
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, helping reduce non–value-added activity while considering risk, impact and opportunity
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to enable wider team projects and initiatives
About You
You’ll be a data-driven professional with a genuine passion for learning, development and inclusion, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Essential experience and skills include:
• Proven experience in an analytical, data-focused role
• Advanced Excel skills and strong Power BI capability (building new dashboards and maintaining existing ones)
• Strong interest in diversity, inclusion and development
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to interpret and translate complex information
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deliverables under pressure
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach

• Length: 6–9 months
• Location: London / Hybrid / Remote (flexible)
• Day rate / salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
