The Role is a full time role to start in Jan or April 26.As the SENDCO, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and management of SEND provision across the school. Requirements

To be considered for the role of SENCO - Outstanding secondary school located in the borough of Hounslow - Jan 26 you will:

• Has a good knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation.
• Has a proven record of working successfully with SEND children.
• Is passionate about working with young people and committed to an inclusive approach to learning.
• Is committed to ensuring that students fulfil their potential.
• Has experience of supporting and developing the practice of LSAs.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
