I'm working with a global, Big 6 firm to hire an Audit Manager into one of the strongest insurance audit teams in the UK . This is a proper market-leading practice - complex clients, serious scale, and a reputation that genuinely carries weight in the insurance sector.

Despite the size and brand, the team itself is surprisingly grounded . High standards, high performance, but without the constant internal politics or unnecessary noise you sometimes expect at this level.

The role

You'll be managing audits across a portfolio of insurance clients, taking ownership from planning through to completion, and acting as a key point of contact for both clients and junior team members.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Managing and delivering insurance audit engagements end-to-end

• Leading, coaching and developing seniors and juniors

• Reviewing work, managing risk, and maintaining technical quality

• Building strong client relationships within the insurance sector

• Working closely with senior management and partners on complex engagements
