Description
As a locum associate, you will:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of finance documentation
- Advise clients strategically across all stages of transactions
- Manage deal execution and coordinate with specialist and local counsel
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to thought leadership
Profile
- Solid experience in real estate finance and/or corporate lending
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially minded and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with international clients and cross-border matters
