The Role – Behaviour Mentor We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join a SEN College starting on a long term basis. As a Behaviour Mentor you will be supporting students with ASD and SEMH needs so you must have strong behaviour management skills and be able to build strong trusting relationship with the students. As Behaviour Mentor you must have at least 1 years experience working within a school. For this Behaviour Mentor role its desirable to have Team Team training. The School – Behaviour Mentor This is a vibrant SEN College for students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, focused on equality, nurture, and progress. With strong partnerships between staff, families, and external agencies, it provides a broad academic and vocational curriculum, offering opportunities to achieve qualifications from entry level to GCSE. The school combines high expectations with a supportive environment, featuring specialist facilities such as vocational workshops, recording studios, sports areas, and therapeutic spaces. Its holistic approach fosters belonging, independence, and confidence, enabling students to thrive both academically and personally as they prepare for adulthood.
