Product Marketing Manager
We are working with a leading global investment manager to appoint a Product Marketing Manager focused on Index and ETF capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing product marketing function and take ownership of global initiatives spanning institutional, wholesale, and B2B2C channels.
In this role, you’ll develop compelling product narratives, support new fund launches, and partner closely with investment, distribution, and channel marketing colleagues to ensure the firm’s index and ETF strategies are positioned effectively across key markets. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with creative marketing skills and a passion for delivering high-quality content.
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver global product marketing for Index and ETF strategies across institutional, wholesale, and adviser channels
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging and product positioning for a wide range of investment capabilities
- Produce and maintain high-quality sales enablement materials, presentations, product collateral, and thought-leadership content
- Work with channel marketing teams to embed product materials into wider campaigns
- Support new product launches with content, messaging frameworks, and promotional materials
- Build strong relationships with investment teams, distribution, product, and compliance to ensure accurate and effective communication
- Ensure all product materials meet brand, regulatory, and industry standards
- Monitor competitor activity and campaign effectiveness to inform future marketing strategy
The ideal candidate will have:
- Product marketing experience within asset management, ideally with knowledge of index strategies and/or ETFs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting fund launches and product campaigns
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment and engaging senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of financial promotions requirements and industry regulations
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Creative, curious, and collaborative, with the ability to develop engaging product materials
- Degree-level education; professional qualifications (IMC, CFA, or similar) beneficial
