Maintenance Plumber

My client, an established Commercial M&E specialist are seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join their team in London. Responsibilities As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber, your key responsibilities will include: Conducting routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of plumbing systems in commercial buildings. Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and system malfunctions. Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. Collaborating with other maintenance professionals and contractors to address complex issues. Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding plumbing system upgrades or improvements. Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting. Relevant plumbing certifications and qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating). Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all work performed.Day-to-Day Your typical day as a Commercial Maintenance Plumber will involve: Responding to service requests and emergency plumbing issues in a timely manner. Performing scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent system failures. Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems to ensure minimal disruption to clients. Coordinating with property managers and other stakeholders to plan and execute maintenance activities.
