Sunday-Thursday | 22:00-07:00

Salary: £13.00 Per Hour

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client based in Barking. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity to join a busy warehouse team within a well-established business. Key Duties

-Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet daily deadlines.

-Wrap pallets of stock using pallet-wrapping machines.

-Load and unload vehicles following completion of in-house MHE (forklift) training.

-Receive goods inwards and accurately check product lines and quantities.

-Follow instructions from Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Managers.

-Work safely at all times while adhering to health and safety procedures and company standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

-Be comfortable handling wine and spirits products.

-Be flexible and able to work the required night shift pattern.

-Happy to do Heavy Lifting and comfortable with walking, standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout your shift.

-Be able to safely lift and move stock weighing up to 20kg.

-Be a reliable team player

-Be comfortable working at height and not afraid of elevated working areas.

-Have excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

-Be committed to maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety, and safe working practices.

-Demonstrate honesty, respect, accountability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.

Important Information

-A DBS check will be completed during your induction. Applicants must be willing to undergo this check.

-You must provide and wear your own safety boots. Anyone arriving without appropriate safety footwear will not be permitted to work.

-A one-hour unpaid break is required during each shift and will be deducted from your total paid hours.
