An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced and potential telesales closers, seeking very high income, to work as Investment Sales team to join an established and growing business based in London Bridge. The company are an established high performance sales company who are looking to achieve their next level of growth by recruiting high earning potential telesales people. We are therefore looking for very money motivated sales people to train and develop fast. People whose main goal is to make a lot of money should apply. You will need to be: • Serious and determined to earn a good income • Disciplined, positive and motivated • Wanting to be the top earner We have 18 years old taking home over £3,000 per month after a few weeks in the job. We are the vehicle for someone with energy, determination and focus to turn their hard work into a very high income at a very young age. They additionally receive and participate in prizes, incentives and trips on company expenses. Due to an increasing demand in the markets they are involved in they are now looking to bring on board a new team of telesales people to train and develop into senior telesales people within a three month time frame in order to push the business into the next level of growth. No investment sales experience or knowledge is necessary for this role as the successful candidates will go through a structured and comprehensive training programme designed to give you all of the knowledge necessary to be successful. We are looking for strong, confident experienced and potential telesales people to turn into high earners. We are looking for people who are able to start immediately or as soon as possible. Above all you must be focused and determined to earn a six figure income through commission. If successful you will join a team who are achieving that within there first few weeks. We are an elite team. Expect to work hard in a tough competitive environment. Job Description: • You will be selling, opening and closing, over the telephone pre-qualified and already active investors every day in order to introduce and market the investment commodities that the company has to offer. • You will develop rapport and open customers and then close deals with them. You must be strong, assertive and money hungry enough to make sure you can close deals. The environment is fast paced, dynamic and very competitive. • You will be part of an established sales floor with over 30 telesales operatives closing deals. You will receive 10% of every deal you close and have a reload income should they rebuy in the future. At 10% you really want to hurry to your next call. Our top performers tend to be the first to arrive, the last to leave and always on the phone to someone during the day. • You will have the opportunity to fast-track your income by becoming a Senior TeleSales operative in your first 3 months regularly earning a substantial income. You will be paid commissions and bonuses for achievement. On Target Earnings will be a minimum of - 1st Month £1,500+. 2nd Month - £2,000+. 3rd Month - £2500+. Then in quarter 2 you should be topping at least £3,000 per month. If you are someone who understands high rewards come from hard work coupled with the ability to close, then you will be in control of your own uncapped earnings. Successful people with us are motivated by the substantial income they can earn on the products. There is a basic salary on starting of £1000 per month and a minimum £500 per month commission from month 1. That is reviewed after 3 months.
