We're seeking a proactive and inspiring Health, Safety and Environment Manager to lead safety initiatives at a busy site producing healthy snacks. This hands-on leadership role involves shaping safety culture, championing environmental sustainability, and ensuring compliance across all operations.

The Health, Safety and Environment Manager will:

• Lead and develop the site's safety performance and culture, inspiring over 100 colleagues to adopt high safety standards.
• Design and implement a robust Safety Program aimed at achieving Zero Harm, aligning with company goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and external networks to promote SHE best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee incident investigations, risk assessments, audits, and safety observations to drive continuous improvement.
• Spearhead environmental initiatives to reduce waste, emissions, and energy use, supporting sustainable business growth.

The ideal Health, Safety and Environment Manager will have:

• Relevant advanced qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Sustainability (e.g., NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent).
• Proven ability to lead safety and environmental projects within a manufacturing or process environment.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence all levels of the organisation.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement effective actions.
