Senior Quantity Surveyor
Manage procurement, including drafting tender documents and analysing bids
Lead contract administration and monitor ongoing project costs and changes
Carry out valuations, review applications for payment, and agree final accounts
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
Support junior staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processesSenior Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related RICS-accredited field
MRICS status preferred or working towards APC
At least 4 years' experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
Strong technical knowledge of pre and post contract services
Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
Proven experience delivering commercial, residential, or education projectsIn Return Competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
