VP Structured Finance - Private Investments
In this VP you will play a pivotal part in driving structured finance investments within the European Private Investments team, with a focus on consumer and/or commercial credit underwriting.
- Leading the full transaction lifecycle, including origination, negotiation, modelling, due diligence, structuring, and investment memo preparation.
- Overseeing legal documentation and coordinating with internal teams throughout execution and post‑closing.
- Building strong relationships with counterparties and identifying new business opportunities across a variety of markets.
- Collaborating closely with Asset Management, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Loan Operations.
- Guiding and mentoring junior team members, contributing to a high‑performance culture.
- Staying informed of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging investment opportunities to support strategic decisions.
