Analytics & Attribution
- Own Google Analytics 4 setup, tracking, and reporting

- Identify actionable insights from data and translate them into experiments
Audience & Market Strategy
- Develop and refine audience segmentation across geographies
- Adapt targeting strategies based on market-specific behavior and regulations
- Optimize funnel performance across different user cohorts
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Improve landing pages and checkout flows to maximize conversion
- Run structured experiments (A/B testing) to improve funnel efficiency

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on growth. If you’re excited about scaling performance in a regulated space, and building both short-term wins and long-term assets; then this job is for you.
You’re a performance-driven marketer who knows how to turn data into growth. You’re equally comfortable scaling paid acquisition and building long-term organic channels, and you understand that sustainable performance comes from constant testing, iteration, and sharp execution.
You’ve worked in regulated environments, ideally pharma or healthcare and know how to navigate platform policies without slowing down growth. You don’t just follow best practices; you adapt them to different markets, audiences, and constraints.
You’re highly autonomous and take ownership end-to-end, from strategy through execution to reporting. You care about outcomes, not just activity, and you’re motivated by improving ROI, lowering CAC, and building systems that scale.
Essential
- Proven experience managing paid media in pharma, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads (campaign structure, optimization, scaling)
- Strong understanding of platform policies and compliance requirements in regulated advertising
- Solid experience with SEO (on-page, technical, and content strategy)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, tracking, and performance reporting
- Demonstrated ability to optimize funnels and improve conversion rates (CRO)
- Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to testing and iteration
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple markets or geographies
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Highly Desirable
- Experience launching or scaling campaigns in US and GCC markets
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads
- Familiarity with attribution models and multi-touch measurement
- Experience collaborating closely with creative teams to drive ad iteration and testing
- Background in DTC or high-growth startup environments
- Experience building dashboards and working with data visualization tools
- Understanding of localization and market-specific audience strategies
- Exposure to landing page optimization tools and A/B testing frameworks
Benefits
What We Offer
Our team, our methods, and our technology define our identity. Immerse yourself in a dynamic, stimulating, and fulfilling environment where you have a real chance to impact the healthcare sector.
- A genuinely ground-floor creative role in a group of companies at an inflection point
- Exposure to three of the world's most exciting markets: UK, EU and US
- Clear path to Head of Performance Marketing as the team scales in Phase 2
- Competitive salary of £38,000–£50,000 DOE, plus performance-related bonus
- A fast-moving, founder-led culture where great ideas are acted on — not buried in process
