· Passionate about making a positive impact on children’s wellbeing and
learning outcomes
· Skilled at implementing behaviour intervention strategies and restorative
approaches
· Able to work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, pastoral staff and
external professionals
· Committed to promoting inclusion, building trust and modelling positive
behaviour
The Role

· Work 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils in managing emotions and
behaviour
· Build positive relationships and provide consistent, structured guidance
· Help pupils re-engage with learning and develop strategies for long-term
success
· Support teachers in creating calm, positive learning environments
Application
If you are passionate about helping children build confidence, resilience and a
love of learning, we want to hear from you. Please send your CV and a short
