Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

At Edgewell Personal Care Custom Brands, you’ll join a collaborative team focused on expanding our private label Amazon account—one of our key growth areas in the ecommerce channel. You’ll be the main point of contact for our retail partner, managing product availability, fulfilment, and supporting new product development. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and contribute to strategy, reporting, and optimisations that drive success.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

• Manage and grow AMZ private label accounts, acting as the main point of contact for assigned retail partner.
• Ensure product availability and fulfilment of incoming orders, collaborating with customer service, production planners, material planners, and demand planners.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
• Support NPD specification, development, and lifecycle management for private label products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for private label and branded ranges.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product launches and account support.
• Report on results and recommend optimisations to drive further success.
• Support the Trading Manager in day-to-day operational tasks.
• Contribute to strategy build for ECB.
• Maintain accurate records of account activity, product development stages, and customer communication.

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

We’re looking for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in account management, sales support, or product development within private label. You’ll have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and an understanding of product specifications and technical documentation. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally and are proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
