What you will do:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Develop, implement, and review care plans in collaboration with children, families, and other professionals.
* Provide therapeutic interventions and support to children and families, helping them to achieve positive outcomes.
* Offer guidance and support to children, families, and carers, integrating them into community resources and services.
* Liaise and work in partnership with local agencies, schools, and healthcare professionals to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with a recognised qualification in social work along with a post-qualification diploma. Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is essential, and you must have a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience working with children, families, and carers.
