· Professional membership (desirable) or equivalent experience

· Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams

· Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets

· Excellent organisational and planning skills at both strategic and operational levels

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships

· Ability to drive projects to a high standard in complex and fast-paced environments

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
