You’ll guide the engineering team, resolve technical challenges, and ensure the building runs smoothly and reliably at all times.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the engineering team to deliver high standards across all maintenance tasks.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with other departments to support a seamless guest and colleague experience.
• Drive continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and effective use of resources.
• Support project work, upgrades, and technical initiatives across the property.
• Groow, guide, support, lead the team
• Drive training programs and people development

What we’re looking for

• Strong technical knowledge in building services or maintenance.
• Experience supervising or mentoring a team.
• A proactive, solutions ‑ focused approach and commitment to high standards.
• Great communication and organisational skills.
