- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience (up to 5 years)
- Solid programming ability in one or more of the following: Python, Golang, Rust , or similar
- Experience with Linux-based environments and knowledge of networking fundamentals is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a collaborative, high-performance environment
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to take ownership of complex problems matter more than specific prior industry experience
Why Apply?
This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, technically rigorous environment where your work has real impact on performance and results. The team values creativity, deep technical curiosity, and the ability to solve hard problems collaboratively. The environment is that of a technology firm but within a high stake, high reward trading environment.
