Facilitator

As a UK Facilitator, you'll own the end-to-end training experience for new and existing UK employees. From Day 1 onboarding through to early performance milestones, you'll create learning experiences that build confidence, capability, and momentum. This is a delivery-focused role with real impact. You'll partner closely with Operations to ensure new hires are ready for the floor quickly, confidently, and successfully - with a strong focus on speed to proficiency, early KPI achievement, and retention. What You'll Do:

• Create a fun, energetic, and engaging learning environment that reflects our core value of Have Fun, Energetic
• Own the UK onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a strong and consistent journey from Day 1 onwards
• Deliver interactive classroom and virtual training across onboarding and upskilling programmes
• Partner with Operations to support agent readiness and performance, with a focus on:
o KPI attainment at 30, 60, and 90 days o Reduced early attrition o Strong onboarding throughput
• Facilitate learning across our onboarding phases:
o Phase 1: Day 1 Orientation o Phase 2: Fundamentals training (core skills and behaviours) o Phase 3: Product-specific training
• Use your autonomy to blend classroom learning with on-the-job activities, intelligently accelerating progression where readiness is demonstrated
• Adapt and localise global learning materials for the UK audience, partnering with our Content Development team where required
• Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve the learning experience
• Champion our culture, values, and commitment to an inclusive and engaging workplace
Looking Ahead to 2026 Our learning journey is evolving. As we move into 2026, you'll help bring to life a more interactive, tech-enabled learning experience, leveraging new platforms and emerging AI-enabled learning tools to enhance engagement and learning transfer.
• Proven experience delivering engaging, instructor-led training or facilitation
• Strong classroom presence with the ability to energise and engage diverse groups
• A passion for onboarding, capability-building, and helping people succeed quickly
• Confidence partnering with operational leaders to support performance outcomes
• Understanding of adult learning principles
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Exposure to digital learning tools is an advantage (but not essential)
