About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to provide maternity cover and support a dynamic, fast-moving team within the technology, media, and advertising sectors. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge operational excellence with strong consultative capabilities, helping clients and internal stakeholders achieve high-quality outcomes.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide clients through solutions, manage operational workflows, and help maintain high service standards throughout the contract period. You will be a key partner in ensuring continuity, identifying opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational processes to ensure smooth delivery across projects and client engagements
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insight, guidance, and solution recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to align technical, media, and advertising requirements
• Identify opportunities for optimisation and improved workflow efficiency
• Assist with project planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication
• Contribute to opportunity management and the development of strategic recommendations
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external partners, ensuring expectations are clearly set and met
• Provide situational leadership and support decision-making across various workstreams

Required Experience & Skills

• Five or more years of experience in a similar role
• Strong background in operations management
• Experience within technology, media, or advertising environments
