We have a wonderful opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join our caring and supportive team at Russell Hill.

At Russell Hill , we are an epilepsy specialist care provider with experience in supporting people with other complex needs. We are set in a spacious, well-equipped and modern home with 9 bedrooms. We're committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, empowered enabling them to live the best life possible.

What you'll be working:

• 42 hours per week
• Working every other weekend as per rota
• Dayshifts.
• £32,346.39 (FTE) per annum pro rata
  

What you'll be doing:

• Provide direct care and support as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Assist the nursing team with the assessment of individual's needs, planning, delivery and evaluation of care
• Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in achievement of their planned outcomes
• Undertake clinical work-related tasks as delegated by senior nursing staff, following appropriate training and assessment of competency
• Maintain accurate, legible records of care provided, based upon the care plan
• Be actively involved in meeting own and team objectives through encouraging and supporting others
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with residents, their families, colleagues and any relevant professionals

What you'll have:

• A genuine interest in providing the best person centre care possible
• A NVQ in Health and Social care from Level 3 onwards is desirable
