• Offering high quality professional treatments in a serene and relaxing environment.
• Perform prep work and properly clean and restock the treatment room.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, always considering the wellness needs and concerns of our guests.
• Promote spa products and services with complete knowledge and understanding.
• Cover reception shifts when required.

More about you... Providing high-quality service comes naturally to you. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A smart and professional appearance. You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues. Ability to work without direct supervision. Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
