OverviewJoin Gallagher’s UK Retail Claims team in a high-impact hybrid role that blends Project Management, Business Analysis, and Change Leadership. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals based outside London who want to support integration activities and drive transformation across technology, process, and people.
As an assiciate Delivery Lead within Claims, you’ll lead and support strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve customer outcomes. Working closely with IT, business units, and third-party vendors, you’ll help build the future of Gallagher’s claims operations.
This 18-month FTC offers autonomy, visibility, and the chance to make a substantial impact.
How you'll make an impactWhat You’ll Do
- Deliver end-to-end integration projects across claims operations
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Analyse business requirements and design effective solutions
- Map processes, run risks, and track delivery landmarks
- Lead stakeholder engagement and change management activities
- Align transformation with claims lifecycle and regulatory standards
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in project delivery, business analysis, or change management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Background in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries (claims experience a plus)
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Visio tools
- Flexible working arrangements within the UK, with occasional office travel.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
